Learning how to communicate is sometimes more important than the message itself.

You can have great ideas, great intentions, and projects, but unless you communicate them properly, they will go unnoticed and sometimes misunderstood!

Working on communicating better its worth it!

Leading a team or leading a project requires you to manage many elements at once. Communication is one of those. If you plan 80% of your communication to your team, you will only have to deal with 20% of uncertainty, your team will work more engaged and better, and your project will run smoothly!

It's been said that clients buy from those whom they can understand better. The less mental effort the client has to make, the faster your project will get approved!

Learning to ask the right questions and gathering data is the key to being assertive when presenting your project to your client. Listen more, ask the right questions!
