As North Vancouver's longest standing preschool operating for over 75 years, we build and engage with our community, are parent-run and not-for-profit. We offer morning and afternoon preschool classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our open door policy allows parents to be as involved as they choose in their child's first educational experience.
Through play children construct the foundational pathways essential for logic and advanced critical thinking later in life! 💚💙

Big thank you to Captain Gillian and the crew this week! We appreciate you teaching us about fire safety and bringing Engine No. 2 to our school! Thank you for keeping our communities safe! 🚒🔥
Together some children made a ‘potato watering machine’ equip with ‘tunnels to make sure water got to the roots’. They basically created a subsurface irrigation stake with a rotating arm to top up each potato bucket! 🥔🌱

This week we thought about stewardship, we learned about the black bears that live in our neighbourhoods and how we can coexist safely, in the process of creating we discovered some science, we built projects out of recyclables and garbage, we made another layer on our community art project and together decided next steps! After school some of us headed to the park! What a wonderful week! 💚💙
