Today the salvaged remains of DCM Studios arrived all packed in a container. New possibilities on our lower acre here in Penticton are stirring. I've had Sandbluff Studios saved as a name and .com for a few years now and its interesting the foreshadowing of the green container in front of the large Sandbluff our property faces... looking forward to seeing what happens next!
Thanks to William Donnellan and his team from the IRL for all their invaluable help on this. Hope the new space serves them as well is did for me and all of us who spent countless hours at DCM Studios.

DCM Studios is looking for a producer or producers to rent our studio making Control B and Studio 2 live room their home. Their are two other live rooms that can be shared with Deep Cove Music. This will be a month to month rental. Rate is for Control B, Studio 2 and then sharing the rest of the facility. $1500 plus GST.
This beautiful studio is in beautiful Deep Cove next to the Raven Pub and under Deep Cove Music store. The 1600sq ft facility consists of two excellent control rooms, 3 live rooms, web & graphic area, kitchen, office/ lounge, bathroom . The design was consulted by the late, great John Vrtacic and the treatment and sound of these rooms are exquisite. The rent includes heat, air conditioning, internet, phone access and security. We invested $300,000 in the studio construction alone.
