We are looking for after school care assistant . We are licensed school age daycare. We have 3 locations and we are looking for assistant for one of our locations.
you will be trained for this position. But you still will need experience in childcare.
1251 Lillooet Rd location hours are Monday to Friday 2:00 until 6:00
(5 minutes walk to Capilano University)

Qualification are;
Must 19yrs and older
must have at least responsible adult certificate or ECE student and ECE assistant
Must have valid first Aid
Clean Criminal records
good English speaking/writing
most importantly I like someone can interact with children

We can give you more hours on all day care such as pro-d days and school breaks.
The wage will be discussed depending on experience. We offer extended benefits .

Art camp July 27- 30th

I am pleased to announce a special art program running from Monday July 27 to Thursday July 30th.
A talented artist friend of mine will lead the sessions, where students will focus on learning Mandala crafts.

Details of the program are as follows:

- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM daily
- Location: Blueridge elementary
- Fee: $270 for the 4-day session
We will provide one morning snack; please provide a packed lunch for your child.

The daily routine will include Mandala instruction, snack and lunch breaks, and supervised playtime.

Only 12 spots are available, and the registration deadline is July 20. Because I am booking an instructor, all bookings and payments are final. Please E-transfer the fee upon registration.

Today, May 8th, is a special day to acknowledge childcare professionals. With a career spanning over 30 years, I started as a nanny and eventually launched my family daycare in May 2000. I feel blessed to have been able to contribute significantly to the lives of many children, creating lasting memories. The most fulfilling aspect is being reunited with young adults who cherish the time they spent in my care. Childcare is a labor of love, and it is this passion that makes it truly rewarding.
