Attention students! ChatLive is organizing an exciting event 'Social Media Unplugged' on Thursday 19th March in FR 206, to discuss whether Canada should introduce a proposed social media ban for under 16's. Our discussion will be led by Kallie McCrystal who teaches Social Media Law at CapU.

Wondering about our STEM labs and lectures? Join a demo class and experience life as a CapU student and discover why the Bachelor of Science program is the perfect place to grow your potential!

Come and join our experienced instructors in the Biology labs for an interactive demo lab day at CapU! This is your chance to experience university life firsthand while exploring the science behind some of your favorite carbonated beverages. You will test popular drinks like colas and clear sodas to discover their nutritional content and learn about different types of sugars.

Together, we will investigate questions such as: Is one type of sugar better than another? Is pop sweetened with cane sugar truly healthier than regular pop? This hands-on lab activity will give you the opportunity to conduct experiments, analyze results, and see science in action.

Attention students!

Introducing a new student club: CapU Pre-Med Society, for all students interested in medical school, healthcare, graduate studies, or community involvement. Open to all students, the club will offer support with MCAT preparation, medical school readiness, course planning, volunteering and fundraising opportunities, networking events, and peer-to-peer mentorship - particularly allowing senior students to guide those in earlier years. The society aims to help CapU students prepare early, build strong applications, and navigate the competitive admissions process in a supportive environment.
