📣❗Reminder: registration System Closed for Summer End-of-Term processing and Fall 2026 de-registration due to non-payment of fees. Students will not be able to add, drop, or waitlist for courses. Registration System will be closed on August 24. It will reopen on August 27 and students will be able to add, drop, and waitlist for courses once again. 📣❗

Be sure to pay your tuition fees in full in order to secure your seat in your classes and avoid being de-registered.

✨Starting university in a new country can feel exciting and a little overwhelming. The International Leadership & Mentorship Program (ILMP) is here to support you every step of the way.

Through ILMP, new CapU international students will be paired with an experienced student mentor who understands what it is like to be new to Canada and CapU. They are here to help you settle in, make connections and feel confident in your new environment. Your mentor can support you with:

Get your CapCard! 📢 Your CapCard is your official student identification card and provides you with access to various spaces and student services on campus. To ensure that your CapCard is available for pick-up by *find out dates*, submit your request to [email protected]. Requests received after, will only be available for pick-up during the first week of Fall 2026 term. You may request your CapCard Student ID by filling out the CapCard Application Form (find link in our bio), and pick it up from room LB 152 on our main campus, or the 4th Floor of the Academics Building at the Reception if you are on the Squamish Campus.

📢Fall 2026 All New Students Orientation Kick-off will be on August 17 📢

We’re thrilled to invite all new CapU students to three exciting weeks of Orientation programming beginning August 17. Our events are designed to help you feel prepared, connected, and confident as you begin your academic journey.

📢 Friendly reminder: Upload your study permit to eLearn! 📢 Having a copy in our system allows us to help you maintain your study permit by sending a reminder of when it is about to expire, with instructions on how to renew or extend it. Note that you must have a valid study permit at all times during the duration of your program (unless you are in a program that is 6 months or less).
