Forget About Setting Goals!

Focus on SYSTEMS instead🤜

If it’s a system you do it everyday.
If it’s a goal you are waiting to achieve it in the future.

We are often told to create goals that are S.M.A.R.T which is excellent when trying to ensure your goals are realistic .

However, there is another level to your goal and that is creating a SYSTEM to accomplish your goals. Key aspects of creating your systems:

➡️ Decide on the tasks and complete them at a certain time.
➡️ Decrease the stress of trying to do it all at once.
➡️ Review what’s working and what’s not and make changes as you go.
