JUMP
Came to me at 10 o’clock on a Tuesday night. Sometimes the best songs just pop into your head.

Why it works:
1) I don’t think I’ve ever met a kid that didn’t like to jump up and down.
2) for older kids you can make the move mix more complex to work on gross motor skills and bilateral coordination.
3) lots of ND kids love to stim by jumping. What could be more fun than incorporating learning and stimming?! Nothing because almost ALL kids love proprioceptive, vestibular, and tactile inputs!
