In our final month before Summer, we’ll be talking about how to fuel our bodies for fun, sun, and learning! ☀️
“Superfoods” isn’t a scientific term; it’s a nickname for any ingredient that comes from Mother Nature that gives us the nutrients our bodies need to be strong! 💪
We’ll be focused on Mother Nature’s best: a variety of fruits, vegetables, and ingredients used to create balanced and fuel powered meals.
Our students are invited to explore fruits, veggies, and herbs from scratch to consumption, tasting and testing and modifying along the way to develop their palettes and a healthful relationship with and to food. 🍋
