Today I had the honour of running with my sister in law Shae as she completed her first 10km race not even four months postpartum! Witnessing her determination and resilience reminded me of a powerful truth: when you set your mind on a goal, no matter how challenging, you are capable of achieving amazing things ⭐️

The same goes for education. There will always be moments when you’re faced with challenges that seem impossible —whether it’s understanding a tough concept or pushing through hours of studying. But just like Shae, with perseverance and focus, you can overcome those obstacles and achieve your goals. And trust me, when you do, the feeling is absolutely worth it! 💪🏃‍♀️

I am booked to this max until November 1st!!

This year I am balancing being a full time student, student athlete, volunteer coach, and tutor ⭐️

Looking forward to this exciting chapter! 🏃‍♀️👩‍🏫

Today was also my first day at Nipissing University in the BEd program, and it was incredible to be surrounded by so many people who share a passion for both science and teaching! 👩‍🏫
