The countdown is officially on! Our M/W/F preschoolers begin September 2, followed by our T/Th group on September 3. ❤️

As you start getting those little backpacks ready, here’s what each child will need to bring:

🎒 A full-size backpack
🍎 A healthy snack
💧Water bottle
👟 Indoor shoes they can put on independently
👕 A spare change of clothes tucked into their backpack

Please make sure your child’s belongings are clearly labelled with their name so we can help everything find its way home again!

We are getting SO excited to welcome our preschoolers through the doors of Le Petit Monde for another year of learning, playing, growing and making new friends. 🌈

Every preschool day is thoughtfully planned to provide children with the perfect balance of learning, creativity, movement, and play.

📚 WE’RE GROWING OUR SUBSTITUTE LIST! 🍎

Le Petit Monde Préscolaire is looking to add a few more substitute teachers/EAs to our call list for the upcoming school year.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and is looking for casual, morning-only work in a preschool classroom.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor of Education or ECE certification is an asset, but not required
• Previous experience working with children in a classroom or group setting is an asset
• Comfort with basic French is an asset
• Availability during weekday mornings
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification required

Substitute opportunities are casual and based on staff coverage needs, making this a great fit for retired educators, university students, EAs, ECEs, or anyone with relevant experience looking for occasional morning work.
