Last summer I made this neutral rainbow boho blanket for a sweet baby who was born sleeping. I wanted to finally share it in honour of sweet Soleil and her parents who loved her beyond words. 🤍

I also made smaller coordinating blanket loveys for the two big sisters to hold in memory of their sweet baby sister. ☀️

Another hot-off-the-hook blanket! I put the final stitches on this beauty on Saturday evening, just in time to gift it to a young mama for Mother’s Day. 🤍🩶

Now me and all 3 of “my girls” have an (as does my friend Sandi who is the one who taught me how to crochet)!

As per tradition, here are my 9 most liked posts of 2024, followed by a second slide of my personal top 9 posts. As usual, my blankets are the most popular items.

This year was a bit different for me. I started out the year by working with blanket yarn which had been very uncommon for me until this year. I ended up falling in love with it and used it for the majority of my projects.

I also started the year by focusing on my branding and product line, but ended up choosing to crochet purely for my own personal enjoyment with sales being a low priority. It felt good to let go of the pressure of sales, and just use my craft as stress relief and enjoyment.

This year I also moved into my own craft room, once my oldest daughter moved into our newly renovated basement suite in spring. It has been so nice having my own cozy space instead of having it all take over the living room.

Thanks to all of you for following along as I continue to expand my crochet knowledge and improve my skills.
