Hi everyone! My name is Madison, and I have been proudly working in the childcare field for the past four years. There is nothing quite as rewarding as working with young children.

I absolutely love being a part of their daily journeys—creatively guiding their early learning, helping them develop crucial fine motor skills, and watching them hit those incredible developmental milestones. Every day brings a new opportunity to watch them learn, laugh, and grow into unique individuals, and I feel so lucky to play a role in that process.

When I’m not at work, my love for life and nurturing doesn’t stop! I am a huge animal lover and share my home with many pets, which keeps me busy and always brings a lot of joy to my life.

I look forward to getting to know you and your little ones!

We are so excited to welcome Neha Joshi as the new Director! We look forward to the experience, compassion, and leadership she brings to our team, and we’re excited for our families and community to get to know her.

Here are a few words from her ⬇️

Hello everyone! My name is Neha Joshi, and I’m honoured to be joining the Nipawin Early Learning Centre as the new Director.

I am a certified Early Childhood Educator with five years of experience supporting children and families, along with specialized training in Special Needs education. I believe every child is unique and deserves to feel valued, included, and supported in their learning journey.

As I step into this new role, I’m excited to build meaningful relationships with children, families, staff, and the community. I look forward to working together to create a welcoming environment where children and families can thrive.

🎉 Official Update! 🎉

We have some exciting news to share!

Our building is getting closer and closer to completion, and we’re thrilled with the progress being made. To ensure we have everything in place and all of our ducks in a row before opening our doors, we have officially moved our target opening date to October 1st. We want to make sure we’re fully prepared to provide the best possible experience for our children, families, and staff from day one. While everything is moving in the right direction, we can’t guarantee our opening date just yet, and we’ll continue to keep everyone updated as we get closer.

We also have another huge milestone to celebrate, we have officially hired our Director and Assistant Director! 🎊 We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to our team. With our leadership team now in place, we’ll be starting the hiring process for the rest of our staff very soon. We can’t wait to build an incredible team that will provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the children and families in our community.

Families, get ready! We will soon begin reaching out to fill our available childcare spaces. If you’ve already contacted us about enrollment, thank you for your patience! We kindly ask that you wait for us to reach out, as we expect a high volume of messages. Families will be contacted in the order they joined our waitlist.

And there’s even more exciting news… 🚌 We have officially confirmed a bus route for pick-up and drop-off at our centre starting when we open! We know how valuable transportation support is for many families, and we’re so excited to be able to offer this service.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, and followed our journey. Your excitement means the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors.

It has come to our attention that some members of the community have expressed concerns about the rainbow theme on our building. We want to clarify that our rainbow theme has been part of our daycare’s logo since the beginning and was chosen simply to create a bright, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. It was never intended to represent any political or social movement. For us, the rainbow symbolizes joy, creativity, and the wonder of childhood.

Our focus has always been, and will continue to be, providing a safe, inclusive, and caring space for all children and families, regardless of background, ethnicity, or identity. At the end of the day, our mission is simple: to support children’s growth, learning, and well-being in a place where every child feels welcome.

Nipawin Early Learning Centre is excited to be opening in September!

We are currently looking for donations of gently used items to help us create a welcoming and engaging environment for local children. We are especially interested in:
• Children's toys and learning materials
•Books
•Board games
• Baby swings and infant equipment
• Kitchen items
• Pots, pans, mixing bowls, and utensils
• Crib sheets and bedding essentials
• Other daycare-friendly supplies
