HFTP Niagara College Student Chapter

Today we had our first board meeting of the term! As we navigate delays with snowy days the board has come up with many new events for hospitality students! Stay tuned for our first general meeting in a couple of weeks (date tbd). This term is going to include more events with Vintage Hotels, study groups for the CHIA exam, and board elections for next year!

Any Niagara college student in Hospitality and Tourism is welcome to join the HFTP student chapter.

We present 4 available positions:
1. President
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the club operations and being in touch with NCSAC. Organizing elections of the Directors' Team. Ensuring consistent growth of the club through the organization and ex*****on of events, along with the Directors Team. Regularly summarizing the club's accomplishments and presenting in front of the HFTP members.
2. Vice President
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the President with the organizational aspects of the club. Replacing the President during their absence, holding the presentations and attending the events. Replacing the responsibilities of the Secretary during their absence.
3. Treasurer
Key Responsibilities: Keeping track of HFTP funds and NCSAC funds. Controlling the funds' allocation during the operations of the club.
4. Secretary
Key Responsibilities: Attending all the Directors', Executive and General Meetings. Recording on paper the "Meeting Minutes" and sharing them with the members.
