Last night, Benchmark / hosted a unique evening celebrating Turkish Cuisine ✨🇹🇷
Our guest chefs travelled all the way from Turkey, bringing authentic ingredients to prepare a beautiful spread of traditional Turkish dishes. It was a wonderful evening filled with culture, flavour and unforgettable culinary experiences. ✨🍽️
Thank you to Chef Ebru Baybara Demir and her team for bringing their culture and talent to Canada.

As part of NC Recruitment, we welcomed Grade 7 & 8 students for “The Perfect Bite”.
This hands-on activity allowed the students to craft their own perfect bite using a variety of ingredients and creativity✨🍽️🤗

🌍🦁 Our Niche Tourism students went on a virtual safari this week!
Our 2nd year diploma students in Niche Tourism had the pleasure of welcoming guest speaker Suleiman Harunani, who shared his inspiring experiences and stunning photographs from his family’s safari tours.
Through the lens of cultural tourism, Suleiman explored how safari experiences can go beyond wildlife to include cultural, culinary, photography, and ecotourism niches — giving students valuable insight into how diverse and meaningful travel experiences can be created. 🌍📸🦁
