Last weekend, Chef Oscar Oscar Turchi joined the Italian Pavilion at Niagara 5000! 🇮🇹✨🍾

Bringing along a student, Chef Oscar and his company, Savoia Hors D’Oeuvres, shared their culinary expertise and passion for Italian food with guests at the event.

We love seeing our staff accomplish amazing things and receive recognition for their culinary excellence, while also giving our students the opportunity to learn, and gain experience in the culinary world 🧑‍🍳
