and I have been quietly testing a process to help women in perimenopause get 7-8 hours of UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP.
A few years ago, I was waking up every night at 2am, and couldn't fall back to sleep for 2-3 hours. EVERY night. For over a year.
I was exhausted, depressed, couldn't function properly, frustrated and quite frankly, traumatized.
I tried everything and nothing worked. Until... something did. I slowly built up a toolbox and a process that works everytime. Now I rarely lie awake and if I do wake up, I fall back to sleep easily.
So now, we've tested this and it's working for other women too. And I'm ready to share it. If you are a midlife insomniac and want to sleep, stick with me. I'm going to share advice, and tips to get YOU sleeping easily though the night too.

I am a mentor for professional women who want to go from crazy busy to calm and incredibly effective.
In the thick of peri-menopause I tried all the supplements to kill the hot flashes, my reccurring UTI, and sleep for longer than 5 hours.
I had a naturopath who had good advice that worked sometimes. I tried Chinese medicine that helped too.
But it was ONLY when I worked on my personal and spiritual growth that the symptoms went away.
Now I have only rare hot flashes and I know what triggers them. I haven't had a UTI in 3 years and I sleep through the night for 8-9 hours.

When I discovered that setting boundaries wasn't about TRYING to say "no", and instead, it was about feeling like a bad person
Everything changed.
I started focusing on why I wanted to avoid that feeling so much.
And THEN I started setting healthy boundaries and finally getting time for ME without all the resistance and shame.
