Today, Chiron, the Wounded Healer, takes its first tentative steps into Ta**us, where it asks us to heal our relationship with worth, security, the body and material stability. It stays in Ta**us until September 17, 2026 before it retrogrades back into Aries until April 14, 2027 and then returns to Ta**us until July 19, 2033.

So what does this transition from Aries to Ta**us mean? We're moving from "Who am I?" to "What am I worth?" From "Do I have the courage to exist?" to "Do I feel safe existing as myself?" From "I must fight to be here." to "I deserve to be supported here."

This is the beginning of a long, grounding, somatic healing cycle that asks us to slow down, reconnect with our body, heal scarcity and security fears, and build a life rooted in self-worth, nourishment and inner steadiness.

Chiron in Ta**us invites us to:
- Cultivate deeper self-love,
- Set boundaries that protect us and our self-esteem,
- Heal body-based trauma and any belief that we must earn our worth, and
- Practise feeling worthy of receiving pleasure, abundance and love, regardless of external circumstances.

It encourages us to build a life that feels safe, steady and aligned with what we truly value.

While this is a collective journey we all are on, if you have your natal Chiron in Ta**us, this is your Chiron Return period—a profound chapter of healing, self-discovery and personal transformation. In a couple of days, Chiron, the Wounded Healer, will temporarily leave Aries where it's been since 2018. Its departure from Aries marks the end of a chapter.

In Astrology, Chiron is connected to our deepest wounds, our most painful vulnerabilities, as well as to the medicine we can offer to the world once we've felt and alchemized our pain. In other words, our pain is our medicine. Through Chiron, we learn that some initiations can only happen through pain. And only by accepting pain as our teacher are we capable of accessing a kind of wisdom that cannot be achieved otherwise.

During Chiron's past eight years in Aries, we were confronted with wounds that impact our ability to assert ourselves, go after what we desire, express our anger and pursue our personal path with courage.

In Aries, Chiron challenged us to practise healthy self-assertion and connect with a conscious expression of masculine or yang energy, no matter our gender.

Its ultimate goal in Aries was to help us recover our trust in our instinct and dare to follow the impulse to act or move in a certain direction, even if we didn't understand it rationally.

Chiron momentarily returns to Aries from September 17, 2026 to April 14, 2027, offering us a final opportunity to tie up loose ends and deal with unfinished business related to the past months and years before it takes up permanent residence in Ta**us until July 2033.

This is one of those days when we feel the Universe is quietly steering us toward our soul’s direction—not pushing or forcing, just guiding. We’re at a crossroads, where we sense the tension between comfort and growth, fear and faith and hesitation and courage. Do we stay in the familiar pattern or step into the unknown? Which voice are we listening to?

What comes naturally to us is comfortable. We can use those gifts as we grow, but we’re not meant to live there. Growth happens when we stretch ourselves, even if it feels unfamiliar and uncomfortable.

The path toward growth is not painful, but it does require conscious effort on our part. Today’s energy highlights that stretch. And with it, we can expect the very human experience of imposter syndrome to pop up—that place where we second-guess ourselves, doubt our abilities or feel like we’re not “ready enough” to take the next step.

With Mars in Ta**us, we can take our time to build and commit to ensure what we create endures. In Ta**us, Mars learns patience, resilience and embodied action. We can choose to trust the process, have compassion for ourselves and move forward with faith rather than fear. Ta**us teaches us consistency.

There are so many benefits to slowing down. Going slower helps us adapt to a new routine, a new mindset or a new way of approaching our goals. When we hear the harsh inner critic or when that word “should” pops into our vocabulary, that is the “old us” trying to hold us back and keep us in the familiar.

Today is a day to choose the path that expands us, not the one that keeps us safe. We have the courage to leap, even if we can’t yet see where we’ll land. And when the imposter syndrome whispers that we’re not enough, we can remember that voice only shows up when we’re standing at the edge of becoming someone new.

We are not behind. We’re right on time.

A big astrological shift is happening in 2026 that involves both a collective turning point and a personal rebirth. Humanity is entering a new era of identity, innovation, healing and collective evolution.

Nearly every major slow-moving planet shift signs this year, creating a rare concentration of energetic change that reshapes both the personal and collective landscape. These transits don’t simply adjust the atmosphere; they rewrite the storyline. They initiate new cycles of consciousness, dissolve outdated structures and awaken potentials that have been dormant for decades.

On January 26, 2026, Neptune, the planet of spirituality, dreams, illusion and collective consciousness, entered Aries, the sign of identity, courage and initiation. This transit began a 165-year spiritual cycle that births a new vision of identity, courage and intuitive action.

On February 13, Saturn entered Aries, grounding this awakening with discipline, responsibility and the maturation of the self.

On April 25, Uranus, the planet of rebellion, innovation, disruption and radical change, made its final move into Gemini, marking the true beginning of a seven-year revolution in communication, learning, technology and social connection.

On June 30, Jupiter, the planet of expansion, abundance and growth, begins its year-long journey through Leo, the sign of creativity, joy and self-expression. This transit expands our desire to shine, create and be seen.

In addition:

Chiron, the Wounded Healer, enters Ta**us for brief stay on June 19 until September 17, offering a preview of the themes that will define the next eight years.

On July 26, the Nodes of Fate shift into a new axis: the North Node enters Aquarius and South Node enters Leo, initiating an 18-month collective and personal evolution centered around authenticity, community, innovation and the rebalancing of individuality with the greater whole.

On September 17, Chiron returns to Aries until April 2027 so we can deal with any unfinished healing around identity, courage and selfhood.

2026 asks us to evolve, awaken, and most importantly, participate in shaping a new world. It asks us to release what no longer fits, reclaim what has been forgotten, and step into the next version of ourselves with courage, clarity and heart. This is not subtle astrology. This is tectonic. It’s the kind of year that changes the trajectory for generations to come.

Balance is not about perfection. It is not about doing everything equally or having every part of life neatly organized. Balance is about paying attention. It's about noticing when something needs more care, more rest, more honesty or more patience.

Our routines should support us, not overwhelm us. The goal was never to create more pressure. The goal is to create tools that make life a little easier, a little more intentional, and a little more connected to who we are.

So, before the next week begins, maybe ask yourself: “What needs my attention this coming week?” Not everything. Just one thing.

That might be rest. It might be movement. It might be a conversation. It might be letting something be good enough.

Today, we have another energetically packed day, one that blends creativity, intuition, insight and grounded mental clarity. It’s a day where imagination meets awakening and insight gains traction, inviting us to express, explore and let sudden shifts open new pathways while staying steady enough to act on what lands.

Here’s what’s happening:

Venus in Cancer is challenging Neptune in Aries, calling for action. It wants expression. If painting, music, writing or any creative outlet call to you, follow it because this kind of energy moves through the hands, the voice and the imagination. It’s not meant to be analyzed, only expressed.

Meanwhile, the Sun is united with Uranus in Gemini bringing massive insight, mental breakthroughs and innovative ideas. This is lightning-bolt energy. This conjunction can bring the clarity or shift we’ve been waiting for. It awakens what has been dormant, and we see something differently.

Mercury and Saturn in Aries ground all of this. Saturn provides structure, discipline and follow-through while Mercury provides the information, the conversation or the learning that helps us take action. This is the “aha moment” followed by the “here’s what to do with it.” It’s insight with traction, inspiration with direction and clarity with a plan.

We're still making decisions that move us toward growth and away from perfectionism, over-analysis and the need to control every detail. We don’t need to have it all figured out. We just need to stay open.

Gemini season begins today, and things start moving again, but in a different way because the Sun immediately meets Uranus energy, electrifying the energy for the next several days. Our minds become more active and curious, ideas spark, conversations increase, and we find ourselves juggling more at once.

Our attention shifts toward learning, communicating, connecting with others and short-distance travel. Gemini energy wants to understand the “why: behind everything. We feel inspired to try something new or break out of an old pattern.

Expect opportunities through communication, networking or simply being in the right place at the right time. There’s an invitation to choose growth over fear, curiosity over control and possibility over rigidity. However, this energy also asks us to stay focused, so we don’t scatter our energy around.

05/19/2026

Today, we have quite the lineup of transits. Mercury is incredibly active, making this a day filled with conversations, insights, decisions and mental movement. The mind is lit up, the heart is engaged, and our choices carry weight. It’s not chaotic. It’s clarifying. It’s not overwhelming. It’s awakening.

Here’s how it’s all comes together:

Mercury in Gemini is talking to Neptune in Aries, bringing intuitive clarity, visionary thinking and the ability to imagine what’s possible. And, with Mercury still closely united with Uranus, we can expect sudden insights, breakthroughs and downloads. This is a kind of energy where a single idea can change everything.

We’re also at a choice point. What we say, learn, decide and mentally commit to today shapes our future direction. We’re asked to trust, surrender and grow as well as release perfectionism, self-criticism and outdated mental patterns. This is a moment of shedding old thinking and embracing a more intuitive, compassionate and imaginative mindset.

Deepening this process, Mercury is also conversing with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. Pluto retrograde transforms us from the inside out, and Mercury brings mental awareness to that inner shift. This is shadow work through insight and understanding our patterns at a deeper level. This is the mind aligning with the soul’s evolution.

Meanwhile, Venus in Cancer is in friendly discussion with Mars in Ta**us, bringing fertile, grounded, emotionally nourishing energy to the mix. Venus values emotional safety and comfort in Cancer. Mars in Ta**us acts slowly, steadily and consistently toward what it desires. Together, like water and earth, they create a supportive flow between what we value and how we act.

Venus has also united with the Moon, making emotional needs louder and clearer, and Venus is in harmonious dialogue with Mars asking: “What do we need? What do we want? What are we willing to build?” They remind us that progress doesn’t have to be fast in order to be meaningful.

We’re invited to stay curious and open and to let the insights come without forcing them. This is a day for gathering information, not demanding perfection. We can trust the direction our intuition is pointing us toward. We can release the need to have everything figured out before we begin and let our emotional truth guide our actions. This is a day where the mind awakens, the heart softens, and the path ahead becomes just a little clearer.

05/17/2026

There’s a beautiful, warm, hopeful and deeply supportive energy today that helps us feel more confident in our growth and direction. All the work, healing and effort we’ve been putting in is beginning to show signs of payoff.

The Sun in Ta**us brings steadiness, patience and a grounded sense of self, while Jupiter in Cancer brings emotional abundance, intuition and a desire to nurture what matters. Together, they create a gentle but powerful current of optimism that’s reassuring. There’s a feeling something is quietly unfolding in our favour.

Lean into trust but keep your feet on the ground. Take slow steady, intentional steps toward your goals. Allow yourself to feel supported by the growth you’ve already set in motion. Celebrate how far you’ve come, even if the destination isn’t fully visible yet.
