I am accepting new voice students for the coming school year!! I teach students from 8 years old to adults and from the beginner to the Masters levels. I work on a variety of repertoire in 6 languages and prepare singers for concerts, music festivals, RCM voice examinations, workshops and auditions. I stress the importance of a healthy vocal technique and strong musicianship skills and encourage a thorough understanding of the music that is being sung. I also work on music theory and teach students to read music if it is new to them. I am so excited to be putting together my first "online" recital for students who wish to take part! I am receiving the last of the videos today and this is a reminder to students that I need to receive them by midnight tonight. Thank you so much. I am SOOOO proud of you!!! :):)

My community youth choir, YOUNG VOICES NIAGARA, will be starting rehearsals for our new season this Saturday the 21st in my home studio from 10:00 to 11:30. It is a group of young and happy singers that works on a variety of great music, culminating in 3 or 4 performances during the school year, some of which being fundraisers for local charities. Linda Bruch (our fabulous accompanist) and I really want to continue to encourage young people to give back to the community through their musical gifts and to keep bringing good quality music to the Niagara region. The group is really good and has a great deal of fun while learning!!!
