Today marked the final day of the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta and what a way to finish an incredible summer of racing! 🌞🚣‍♂️ We couldn’t be more proud of our NFRC 2026 Summer Team and everything you accomplished both on and off the water.

To all our athletes and parents, thank you for an amazing summer! From early mornings and long regatta days to the laughs, memories, and great racing, we had an absolute blast together. Your dedication and support made this season so special. 💞🤩

To our coaches and volunteers, THANK YOU! Rain or shine, day in and day out, you put in countless hours to make this program possible. None of this happens without you, and we appreciate everything you do for our athletes and our club. 💙🧡

To our U23s, thank you for being the role models you are. Whether you realize it or not, you are looked up to by the rest of the team. Thank you for showing our younger athletes what’s possible, keep leading the way! 💪🥰

What a fantastic day of racing yesterday in Welland! 🚣💪 The regatta ran smoothly (after that crazy storm we had overnight) and our athletes put on an incredible day of races and plenty of medals! 👏🏻😍 We’re proud of every athlete for their effort, determination, and teamwork shown throughout the day. 1 competition down… 4 more to go! We are excited to see what the rest of the season has in store for NFRC! 💙🧡

One official week of summer down and the conditions have been unreal 🌊🚣 Beautiful weather, smooth water, and lots of time on the river! ☀️😍

We are ready for our first competition this Saturday! 💪🤩 With temperatures so hot this week, our athletes will start to think jumping in the water (like these photos/videos) should be part of our training. 🏊‍♀️💦

SUMMER YOUTH AND LEARN TO ROW CAMP! 🚣‍♂️ Looking for an exciting way to stay active this summer?

This program is for any youth or high school student who is interested in learning to row. The sessions give athletes the opportunity to do land activities such as rowing machine exercises, stretching, core and endurance workouts as well as on water rowing in dockside trainers and rowing shells.

📅 Camp Dates: July 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, & 17

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

💲 Cost: $120 + HST (Total $135.60)
