As we wrap up an incredible spring rowing season, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every athlete, coach, cheer squad parent, and supporting family member who made this year such a success. 🎉🚣🏻

From early morning practices and demanding workouts, to long weekends spent traveling, racing, and cheering from the shoreline, this season was built on dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. The countless hours of hard work put in by our athletes and the unwavering support from our rowing community paid off in so many ways, both on and off the water. 👏🏻🙏🏻

We also say goodbye to our graduating senior athletes. Thank you for your leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact you have made on our club. 💙🧡 As you move on to your post-secondary studies, careers, and new adventures, we wish you nothing but success and happiness. 📚

This past weekend’s CSSRA Regatta marked the conclusion of our spring season, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything our club accomplished. Stay tuned for another post highlighting and congratulating our athletes on their outstanding performances. 🎊🏆

☀️SUMMER YOUTH ROWING CAMP! 🚣‍♂️ Looking for an exciting way to stay active this summer? Join the Niagara Falls Rowing Club’s Youth Rowing Summer Camp! 👏🏻🙌🏻

Designed for youth ages 9–14, this program is perfect for anyone interested in learning the sport of rowing. Athletes will develop fitness, confidence, teamwork, and rowing skills through a combination of:

✅ Rowing machine training
✅ Stretching, core, and endurance workouts
✅ Dockside trainer sessions
✅ On-water rowing in rowing shells

📅 Camp Dates: July 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, & 17

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

💲 Cost: $120 + HST (Total $135.60)

*First-time participants are required to pay a one-time Rowing Canada & Row Ontario affiliation fee of $75. Athletes who participated in our Spring Youth Rowing sessions are exempt from this fee.

What a weekend for Niagara Falls Rowing Club at the 99th Stotesbury Cup Regatta in Philadelphia, PA! ☀️🚣‍♀️

From beautiful sunny racing conditions to some seriously tough headwind races, our athletes showed resilience, determination, and grit. Virginia & Lauren captured 1st place in the Senior Girls Double, bringing home the prestigious Lovey Farrell Award! 🥇🏆
Myles & Lincoln battled their way to an incredible 2nd place finish in the Senior Boys Double… just 2 seconds off first place! 🥈Leah powered her way to 5th in the Senior Girls Single. 🙌🏻 Abbie fought hard through a competitive field to finish 7th in the Senior Girls Single. 👏🏻

We are so proud of these athletes who represented NFRC on one of the biggest stages in North American rowing. 🚣‍♀️ We would like to thank Joseph Haulage Canada Corp for supporting this trip! 🙏🏻
