Free meditation course in Niagara Falls, ON. The first class and introduction to the course starts on Wednesday, September 9th 1pm - 2:30pm. Enjoy a brief explanation of Luang Phor Viriyang’s vision, peace through meditation. Meet past students, teachers and ask any questions about meditation.
Then meditate with a short meditation to get you started.
Light refreshments provided. Everyone is welcome.
No need to register, please arrive for 1pm.
