Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is currently in search of a new part-time office administrator (up to 12 hours per week)!
What You’ll Do:
• Greet athletes and families — you’re the welcoming face of the Club.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage registrations, payments, and member records in Uplifter.
• Assist with competition and course registrations (KSIS, Gymnastics Ontario, NCCP).
• Track invoices, process payments, and support the Treasurer with account balancing.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with families as needed.
• Submit injury reports and Gymnastics Ontario documentation.
• Keep schedules, announcements, and website updates current.
• Coordinate seasonal registration changes and help during busy times.
• Maintain office and cleaning supply inventories.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Problem-solving ability and solid organizational habits.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (balancing invoices, tracking payments).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Uplifter experience is an asset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly, flexible team player with a positive attitude.
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Vulnerable Sector Check.

Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is pleased to announce our upcoming tryout for all those interested in joining our competitive team!
This tryout is for girls who are currently in our recreational program or are non-members of the club and are born in 2021 or earlier!
Time slot 1 ➡️ 1:15pm for girls born 2020-2021
Time slot 2 ➡️ 2:15pm for girls born 2019 or earlier

Registration fee: $30/athlete
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your time slot to complete the check-in process.
