💚 A friendly but important reminder from Unique in the Creek.

Our UITC board designs are protected by U.S. patents. Reproducing designs covered by those patents to make, offer for sale, or sell boards in the United States—or import them into the United States—requires our authorization. Using a CNC machine or another manufacturing method does not automatically avoid patent protection.

Our boards represent years of creativity, investment, and hard work. We actively monitor for unauthorized copies and will take appropriate steps to protect our patent rights.

Learn more about patent infringement from the United States Patent and Trademark Office:
https://www.uspto.gov/patents/basics/manage

Thank you for respecting our designs and supporting our family-owned business. Your support means so much to us! 💚and we are working on things in the background so dont give up on us🥰

Laurie & the UITC Team

This introduction to managing a patent describes the nature of patent rights, factors to consider when managing your U.S. patent after it’s issued, and how a patent can be infringed.
