La Tzigane

It seems there have been a few changes to these pages, which means a bit of a learning curve for me! 😅

Life has taken quite a few twists and turns—especially since the dreaded “panini”—and I’ve had so much keeping me busy outside of La Tzigane.

But lately, I’ve felt a renewed pull toward those tiny beads, though not in the same way as before.

This time, I’m embracing a slower, more intentional return to my craft—not focused on mass production, but on reconnecting with my why. I started beading to embrace creativity and indulge in the meditative rhythm of the process, something I had nearly forgotten in the chaos of the last decade.

So here I am, a little rusty, taking things slow… which, honestly, is exactly what I need.

I had been unable to post directly from my page, probably because I’ve been on such a long hiatus 😅

Hi… it’s me.

I know I haven’t been on here much, so I thought I’d touch base.

I’ve been keeping myself busy with my body contouring business over at , and crocheting my little fingers off at , in preparation for the Handmade Market in November.

I’ve also been busy keeping my head above water mothering my children (J is 21 now, can you believe it?!), running the house - the kitchen of which is currently under a new round of renos, and has me rifling through numerous boxes just to find what I need 😣, and you know… general life 💩

I’m pretty much always tired AF, struggling with sudden perimenopause weight-gain, chronic insomnia, and just doing what I can 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s nice to get my hands busy with these tools again. It’s been a while 🙂

Looks like I’ll need to re-season my hands to wire work 🙈
Also… I need new pliers!

My Didi girl is growing up so fast! She’s such a beautiful little girl, so smart and too clever for her own good 🙈
