Welcome to my home child care! Take a look around at our space! It’s real and ever evolving depending on the needs and interests of the kids. I try to make my space inviting, cozy, functional, toys accessible to prompt independence, safe/clean and perfectly imperfect.

Great News to those seeking childcare in the and surrounding area, I have a couple of spots opening up! One is July 2026 and the other is Sept 2026. If you are in need or know someone looking, look no further!

I provide a warm, safe, loving, fun, engaging environment for littles to learn, grow and thrive. I have had my own home childcare now for 12 amazing years and have been in the childcare field for more than 23 years with a Diploma in ECE!

As a mom of two I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your most precious little one. In home childcare you get the feeling of family and knowing that your little one is in a smaller group size means that they get more attention and love. The children in my care grow into independent individuals who by the time they age out, are as ready as they can be for kindergarten.

I can’t wait to get to know new families and add them to our small but mighty little childcare family!

I have one full time space available Sept/October 2026 for a child 12months+!!

Happy Holidays everyone. I know I have been MIA on here but the littles keep me busy! I just wanted to share this advent calendar I found off season. It couldn’t be more perfect since my love for Little People is what inspired my daycare name!! It’s a Little People Advent calendar and the box doubles as a holiday scene. Some of the pieces from the calendar are to be used with the box like the star for the tree we uncovered today!! We are having so much fun exploring this calendar and seeing what comes next!!

Too all my fellow childcare providers in all the fields- You are doing a great job!!! Not every day is great, but there is something great in everyday!

For June we have been talking about birds and birdwatching. So we made some binoculars and took them out with us on our morning walks. I also downloaded an app that will listen to the bird calls/songs and then let you know what birds are in the area. We had fun listening to the different calls. I picked up some books about birds at the library and created a sensory bin filled with bird seed, sunflowers, a little bird house (which was also a craft as the kiddos got to paint one), two small birds, a “nest” made from a small wooden box, flowers, feather and small sticks! Can’t wait to see what we discover this week!

Exciting news!! I have two spaces available coming up!! One for June and one for July. One space for a 12+ months old and one for a 2+ years old. Let’s get the word out!
