Our first school council meeting for the 2022-2023 school year will be held on October 3rd, 2022 at 6:30 pm in person. Following the initial meeting, we will select a combination of online and in-person meetings for the remainder of the year.
If you are interested in running for an elected school council position (chair, secretary, treasurer…) please fill in and return the nomination form included in the email with your School Start-Up Forms before the meeting.
All are welcome and we hope to see you there!

Just in case you didn't know, our school hosts a York Region Drop In program for infants and toddlers under the age of 6. It's a great program that gives parents the opportunity to connect while the kids enjoy open play, arts and crafts and circle time.
Location: Glen Cedar Public School
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays (Excluding holidays)
Times: 9:30am - 11:30am
Details: Enter through the front doors of the school and sign-in at the main office. You will be directed to the classroom hosting the program.

For parents/guardians with children participating in the 2017 Glen Cedar Halloween Parade, it will take place outside at 2:00pm sharp at the front of the school.
Children in JK through Grade 3 classes will exit the east doors and walk around to the front entrance of the school. Be sure to arrive by 1:45pm to ensure you don’t miss your child.
