Our new play couch is sparking all kinds of play right now! Best investment I have made in our room this year!

LOVE this wooden bowl and sensory balls added to the playroom.

Natural materials like wood, stones & plants support the whole child. They engage the senses, spark creativity, and encourage open-ended, child-led play.

Textured sensory balls support sensory processing, motor development, and emotional regulation through play. The different textures encourage exploration, build strength and coordination, and invite rich language like soft, bumpy, squishy.

They’re inclusive, open-ended, and perfect for encouraging movement, connection, and cooperative play—making them a simple but powerful tool in our learning environment. 💛

Some of the kids made a snowman ornament for their gift.

This fine motor craft, uses dexterity and hand eye coordination to 'stuff' the ornament, while also being a sensory exploration with the cotton balls. Then I helped them use their fingertips to make the face.

Our Hot Cocoa sensory bin, for a fun, themed experience! They loved it!

Christmas activity to "dress" the gingerbread cookie. Another way to practice hand eye coordination and use those fine motor muscles.

Fine motor activity sheet...peeling the circle stickers off their roll and putting them inside the circle on their page. Develops hand eye coordination and helps strengthen their hand muscles that will be needed for printing.
