I am so honoured to witness so much growth and musical maturity from this student. I have known Gabriella since she was 4 years old and now at age 16 this is her final recital with me! Emily started lessons with me last September and I honestly can’t believe how much progress she has made so far! Emily has had some music education and is enrolled in her band at school which has helped her progress in piano lessons giving her a big step up. When discussing pieces for this year she chose a classic song by Bach, Prelude in C Major. This song features an ever moving melody and lots of chord shifts with a gradual crescendo until the end!

Another fantastic performance from my Spring Recital! When I asked what song Ethan would like to learn last semester Ethan mentioned The Avengers Theme Song which I thought would be a perfect choice!

This song features complex rhythms, hand crossing over each other, octave stretches and more!
