Ever feel like you’re going in circles? Don’t worry, it’s intentional😉😇

There is nothing I love more then spending time getting to know another person.
There is nothing more activating for a person who’s purpose includes public speaking to receive the gift of a powerful coaching experience.
When people ask me if I’d like to have coffee or go to lunch to chat more about what I do, I quote success coach Steve Chandler and say, “I don’t really do chats”.
That can be uncomfortable for some people. They don’t understand the power of coaching. Yet.
When I invite someone into a coaching experience with me, it’s a worthy investment I make in someone. I ask them to make the same investment in themselves.
Every person I’ve coached as a client or in a coaching experience has walked away with powerful insight into their public speaking dreams, blocks, and what they can do right away to move forward.
Ready to take a leap into lift?
I always have space in my coaching calendar for conversations with people who have a world changing message, are willing to play big, and are ready and willing to do the inner work to transform from beginner to master. Get in touch with me to see if an invitation for a complimentary coaching experience with me is something that will powerfully serve you.

SoapBox Speakers Inc. started as an agency to help speakers with a world changing message find paid engagements. In our quest to build the business, we met so many empowering, impactful, and transformative entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, business leaders, and amazing humans.
On the good days, we and amazing audiences got to hear their ideas for a better world that brought us transformative “Ah-ha” moments.
On the bad days, we didn’t get paid.
In working with these speakers we learned the key ingredients to be 🌟 public speaker.
The ones who had expressed their 💡 ideas with the greatest clarity(Clear Content), those who could beam their 🔥 passion to the audience (Authentic Delivery), and those who captured the audience’s precious 🤔attention (Audience Engagement) were in total alignment and living in their zone of genius. 💫
But we soon learned, those speakers were few and far between (hence the number of bad days).
So we worked deeply with speakers who wanted to improve so they could get the exposure and engagements they dreamt of.
They became TEDx Speakers, paid corporate speakers, and international conference speakers.
We did our work as coaches and our own inner work to support what we offer to clients.
And we loved it!
So our business pivoted to be a public speaking coaching practice.
We are SoapBox Speakers, bespoke public speaking coaching and masterclass coaches.
We believe honing and working through blocks in pillars of public speaking will bring you breakthroughs to your public speaking mastery.
We serve people who have a world changing message, want to play big, and are ready and willing to do the inner work to transform their public speaking blocks.

It’s scary to share your stories and be who you are with people you love and trust. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
As public speakers we do it in front of people we don’t even know, exposing ourselves to the possibility of people voicing their different opinions and beliefs.
Add being a visible minority, or invisible minority.
And it’s time to be bold, to be who we are!
I too fear judgment about who I am, the story of how I came to be a public speaking coach, and how I live my life as a wife and mother.
Every day, every moment, I have to do my inner and outer work, practice my skills, have self-love, and be compassionate to rise above these fears.
🦸♂️ 🦸🏼♀️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏽♀️🦸🏾♂️🦸🏿♀️ 🦹🏻♂️🦹🏻♀️
I want you to know whether you’re a courageous public speaker, and/or LGBTQ2S+ identified person, I love and support the courage superhero you are living into.
🏳️🌈This pride month be visibly inclusive, be yourself, and talk with others about these things. Because you are a courage superhero!
PS if you are ready to let your courage superhero fly, be supported with public speaking practices and community, then watch this space for something radical!

I am an Ambivert.
As an introvert:
🧠 I need time to process my responses to give my best ideas
👥 I love one on one connection
🔋 I need to recharge in a quite space
As an extrovert:
🗣 I love speaking to groups
📝 I do my best work when I collaborate with others
💭 I’m fascinated by other’s ideas and thoughts
Public speaking can be scary for all personality types. What conveys charisma, expertise, and passion is the connection we create with others.
Forming relationships is the goal in both intimate one on one conversations and authentic public speaking.
That’s when people take action.
That’s how audiences transform.
When they have a relationship with you.
Public speaking is just you having one on one conversations with a few (hundred) people at once.

"The ability to harness your breath is one of the most important and least taught areas within public speaking.
It’s critical when you’re speaking up in a meeting and it’s crucial when you’re giving a speech or presentation. It’s one of the key elements of executive presence." ~
We couldn’t agree more!
