I just found this amazing article, giving some of the history of the various sewing machine companies, and then Dan and Marty's top picks for sewing machines for 2023. They have given their top picks in various price ranges (USD of course) and I was very pleased to see that the Brother NS80e was listed.

Update! I found a crafter to take this fabric! Yay!!
I have two big bags of fabric pieces and scraps to give away! Great for crafts, or doll clothes. Great for kids to make little things out of. There are some tiny pieces that are great for filling little stuffies.

Christmas 1988, 34 years ago, but it feels like yesterday! Of course I sewed my top and my daughters’ dresses! I trained them to say “thank you, mommy made it!” If anyone complemented them! 😂😂

A sleeper for a special girl made from my favourite sleeper pattern! Funny story, when my youngest was about 6, I got rid of all my baby patterns. Then when my eldest daughter’s friends started having babies I thought I would make one of the favourites, but of course I no longer had them. Soooo, I had to find them all online and re purchase!
