As a Career Energy Coach, I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals discover work that truly matters. It’s not just about landing a job — it’s about understanding each person’s unique story, including their experiences, values, strengths and aspirations.

Following up on my December ENTRADA Masterclass, "The Secret XYZ Code for Career Clarity," I am inspired by and highly recommend Dr. Michael (Mike) Steger’s episode on the "Meaningful Work Matters" podcast. His wisdom aligns perfectly with my coaching philosophy, particularly his focus on leadership’s role in creating environments where meaningful work thrives.

Mike Steger’s ‘CARMA’ model — emphasizing Clarity, Authenticity, Respect, Mattering, and Autonomy — serves as a powerful reminder of how leadership can cultivate workplaces where people feel valued and deeply connected to their work.

I hope you find his CARMA model as a helpful guide to pursue for your career journey. Reach out to book a brief consult with me if it would be valuable to partner with me to find meaningful work. Link in bio - Work Your Dream to book!

I’m excited to share the SMH Comedy Society’s 2024 Summer Class Grad show happening on Monday, December 9th at Hastings Racecourse Casino! 🎤

I won't be there on stage this year, but I did David's Stand Up Comedy Clinic Course at Langara last Fall. For my graduation, I remember feeling so supported and appreciated by the enthusiasm and encouragement of a wonderful audience that included a number of great friends. I hope that you will put this wonderful event on your calendar too.

Why is this important?
Because mental health affects so many of us, and humour is a powerful way to bring people together, lift spirits, and spark important conversations. The comedians at this event are not only hilarious but also courageous individuals who are sharing their journeys through laughter.

Founded by David Granirer, Stand Up For Mental Health empowers people with mental health challenges to find their voice on stage, showing us how humour can be a bridge to healing.

📅 Date: Monday, Dec 9
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM (Doors open at 6:30 PM)
📍 Location: Hastings Racecourse Casino, 188 N Renfrew St, Vancouver

🎟️ Tickets:
$20 (plus service charges)
$10 for low-income tickets
