Industry representative Kai Shi will be one of our speakers. Kai is a member of the CFA University Outreach Committee that works at British Columbia Securities Commission as a compliance officer. Prior to joining the commission, he worked many years at PwC as a financial statement auditor. He has in-depth knowledge of accounting concepts and a well understanding of the investment brokerage industry. In addition, we will have guest speakers from RBC and Odlum Brown. They will be addressing the CFA designation, the application process as well as any questions pertaining to personal experiences.
