New Sarepta Agricultural Society, 5088 1 Avenue S, New Sarepta, AB (2026)

The New Sarepta & District Agricultural Society was established March 14, 1972, and made up of residents of the village of New Sarepta and the surrounding area. Our Society was responsible for building a multipurpose recreational facility for the residents of its district. At the 2nd Annual New Sarepta Fair on June 28, 1973, our arena was officially opened. In 1995, an addition was added that now houses an elevator, more lobby space and a large room for that now houses the Playschool. In 2013, we added a 17,000 sq ft addition that hosts a multi purpose room (banquet facility/gymnasium), state of the art kitchen, office space for FCSS and ATB, and the Golden Pioneers Seniors centre. We also added a 5000 sq ft addition that has 4 new dressing rooms, a new gender dressing room, a new Referee room and a new Zamboni Room. The Agriplex is home to New Sarepta Minor Hockey, New Sarepta Playschool, New Sarepta Golden Pioneers, Parent Link, ATB Financial and FCSS. Our current concession vendor is Let's Eat Catering.

What a night!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Crib & Lasagna Night tournament this past Saturday! We had a fantastic time and loved seeing everyone come together for some friendly competition, good food and awesome apple crumble! Your support and participation are what keep this event going! ❤️

We’re not done yet! Our last Crib & Lasagna Night of the year will be in November 21st, and then we’ll be back at it in January in the new year! 🎉

Keep an eye out for registration and make sure you get your team signed up! You and your teammate could be the next lucky winners and get your names added to our Crib & Lasagna plaque!

Have you ever wanted to get more involved in our community? Or maybe you have a great event idea that you’d love to see happen?

Our Fundraising Committee is looking for community members who are interested in volunteering their time and helping bring fun events to life for our community!

We’re especially looking for volunteers who have the availability to lend a hand on event nights, whether that means helping with setup, running activities, planning events, cleaning up, or simply pitching in wherever needed.

💡 Have an event idea? BRING IT TO US!
If there’s an event you’ve always thought would be a great fit for our community, we’d love to hear about it! Our committee can help you bring your idea to life giving you full reigns but also work alongside you to make it happen!!

You don’t have to be a fundraising expert, and you don’t have to commit to every event. There is no major commitment required! We’re just looking for people who want to get involved, have some fun, and help make things happen in our community! ❤️

Opening day of the ice season is officially here! 🥅

There's nothing quite like the sound of skates hitting fresh ice and watching this building fill up with the families who make it home every year. From the littlest first-timers to our seasoned veterans, we are so glad to have you back.
