We had the BEST time over the past 5 weeks, working with Jason. We're so grateful for your skills and for the person that you are.

Our next Lunch and Learn is this Thursday at 11am! Please make a plan to attend - for all registered PiCCoLA learners.

It was great to spend the morning with Darcy from the United Way of Pictou County, touring our Pictou and New Glasgow sites. We at PiCCoLa are grateful for the financial report we receive from the United Way, which enables us to provide healthy food for our learners, helps our learners to actually get to class, and also will allow us to purchase some new technology for their benefit. People helping people makes Pictou County strong. Way Maritimes

There will be no morning classes at PiCCoLA, neither in New Glasgow nor Pictou. Only Deanna's afternoon Foundations class in New Glasgow will take place at 12:30. Hopefully thos is the last time Mother Nature messes with us.

Today, in 1996, PiCCoLA was registered as a society. That means we are 30 years old today! For 30 years we've been helping people further their education, get better paying jobs, and break the cycle of poverty. Can't wait to see what the next 30 years have in store.
