Summer is winding down, and it’s the perfect time to get back into a routine,why not make pet safety part of it?

Join us for a Walks n Wags Pet First Aid Course on September 19th in Granton, NS, from 9 AM–7 PM.

Participants will leave with a 3-year certificate in Pet First Aid and a course manual, with a full day of learning and hands-on skills to help you feel more prepared for pet emergencies.

Make sure your child is ready to stay home on their own! Join us on Saturday, August 9th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Granton, NS for the Canadian Red Cross Stay Safe! course.

Designed for youth ages 9–13, this course helps build the confidence and skills to stay safe when home alone or out in their community. Participants will learn how to set safety rules, respond to unexpected situations, and practice basic first aid in a fun, interactive environment.

Love animals? Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for our Pet First Aid course.
Whether you're a pet owner, groomer, trainer, or anyone who works with or cares for pets on a regular basis, this course will give you the knowledge and confidence to recognize emergencies, respond appropriately, and care for pets until veterinary help is available.

Sadly, we do not cover giraffes in this course.
