Terry Fox Walk

Yesterday, our students took part in our Terry Fox Walk, coming together to honour Terry’s incredible legacy and help carry on his inspiring message.

A special thank you to New Germany Fresh Mart for generously donating apples for our students to enjoy after the walk. Your support is greatly appreciated! 🍎

We would like to remind parents and students that tomorrow, September 16 is a CLT day and schools will be dismissed two hours early.

What is Collaborative Learning Time? A professional learning community, or CLT, is a group of educators who meet regularly to share expertise, look at student data, work collaboratively to improve teaching practices, and support the academic performance and well-being of students. To ensure your child doesn’t miss any instructional time, all other school days have been extended by a few minutes each day.

As a reminder, essential skills are taught on CLT days, and student attendance is expected. Regular attendance is key to student success in all areas, including essential skills in literacy and math.
