Up late the night before, again. Final check of the Herbal First Aid supplies before the Earthkin Gathering. I'll be running my Healing Hut for the week and teaching an 18 hr Herbal First Aid for Remote Hippy Gatherings.

As i'm serenaded by Iron & Wine, I owe 2 big thanks to 7song (Sevensong). it's 20 years since you taught and inspired me. You changed the direction of my life and i hope you have some inkling of how far those ripples continue to spread through the world. Thank you.

Hello Kootenay friends and plant lovers!

i thought i'd make it official and clear... the Kootenay School of Herbal Medicine has moved to Victoria.

it was a combination of covid and a 0% vacancy rate (pre-covid) that lead to my family needing to move away from the Koots.

I plan to offer weekend workshops in those parts again, but it's hard to tell when that will be.

may the spirit of the mtns fill your soul and carry you through these uncertain times.
