This time tomorrow, our Open House will be kicking off at 1825 York Road! Drop in between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. to learn about our fully accredited high school, which operates right here in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory!

Thinking about high school for the 2026 – 2027 school year? Stop by between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 4 to learn about our fully accredited high school, right here in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory! The Open House will be held at the Ohahase Education Centre at 1825 York Road – we hope to see you there!

Earlier today, the fire alarm was activated at the Ohahase/Hope Building, and the building was safely evacuated as a precaution. We are happy to share that the building has now been fully cleared, and everyone is safe. ❤️

Thank you to everyone for your cooperation, patience, and quick response during the evacuation. We also want to thank emergency responders and staff for ensuring everyone’s safety.

The Hope & Ohahase Community Fish Fry is here! Stop in to 1825 York Road for crispy walleye, golden fries, fresh side salad, refreshing drink and tasty dessert!
Kids 10 & under and Elders 55+ eat for $10 and adults eat for $15.
We have a minimal float so 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 bring 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 if possible.
We also have a very limited number of takeaway containers, so if you know you will be taking your meal to go, you are encouraged to bring your own containers. There will be both indoor and outdoor seating available at the school for you to stay and enjoy your meal!
We can't wait to welcome you to our annual Fish Fry!

Please be advised that on-site parking for today's Fish Fry is reserved for Elders adn those with mobility concerns only! Everyone else is being asked to park at the Mohawk Community Centre or in the parking area across from the Community Centre.
