Yesterday, in recognition of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, our learners listened to The Orange Shirt Story by Phyllis Webstad and took part in activities to reflect on its message. These moments helped us learn about the history of residential schools and the importance of honoring survivors and their families. We were also reminded of the values we can carry forward every day — kindness, respect, and inclusion — and that every child matters. 🧡
