This program provides intensive, hands-on training in a commercial bakery environment, covering a comprehensive curriculum:
• Cake baking, finishing and decorating
• Chocolate and sugar work
• Fancy pastries
• Puff pastries, pies, breads and croissants
• Quick breads and cookies
• Wood-fired oven and gluten-free baking
• Bakery management
Students learn from world-class chef instructors and complete a 10-week work placement to ensure industry readiness.
