We're back with new COVID-19 protocols in place. Now offering Gentle & Light Vinyasa classes every Saturday morning! There is still some space in all 3 series. To register for remainder of January series, call Parks and Rec directly for a pro-rated registration fee.

Following new BC COVID-19 restrictions and guidance, all of my Saturday Gentle Yoga classes at Oliver Woods are temporarily suspended while new protocols are developed.
Note - programs are only suspended, not cancelled. Those wishing to receive a refund will have to contact Parks and Rec to cancel registration in the program. Stay safe! Namaste
