We have a new workshop for you! We receive requests from time to time for specific classes and this is one of them- come join us for an opportunity to deepen your capacity to be with your birth however it goes, to stay grounded, and learn more about regulation and your nervous system during labour.

Views of today’s prenatal intensive class today- we had a small group of 4 couples overlooking the lake for our full day teaching and learning about birth and new parenthood.
