The Nanaimo Kettlebell Club wants to acknowledge and thank Herold Engineering for becoming a Event Partner level sponsor for our 10th Gripstrength Kettlebell Sport Open!

Herold Engineering is involved in a wide variety of building, municipal, transportation and marine projects throughout British Columbia with the majority of our work on Vancouver Island.

If you are interested in registering for Gripstrength, registration is $75+tx CAD until August 1, 2026, then 100+tx CAD thereafter.

Hi Team!

We have a solid group of members looking to submit lift videos for the 2026 Norcal Open, but we are looking for at least one more lifter to join the team.

Lift videos must be recorded and submitted between Monday July 27th, 8:00 AM PST – July 31st, 11:00 PM PST.

You can have your set recorded at the club at the following classes:

Monday July 27 - 6 AM or 5:30 PM (Jerk and Sn**ch)
Wednesday July 29 - 6 AM or 5:30 PM (Longcycle)
Friday July 31 - 6 AM or 5:30 PM (Double Half Sn**ch and OALC)

If you have not registered for the event yet please DM me as we are looking for one more lifter for this year's team!
