It is with a heavy heard that we have to cancel Sealion Stomp 2021 yet again! If you booked a room at the Best Western, you may have already heard from them that they have cancelled your reservation. If you have not heard from them please follow up with the hotel to be sure that your reservation has been cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience but your safety is first & foremost. With the increase in Covid cases again, there was no other solution. I truly hope we can meet again next November!

It is with a heavy heart that I tell everyone that we have made the difficult decision to cancel Sealion Stomp again this year. The health & safety of everyone is our primary concern & with the numbers going up & the new virus taking over, it just didn't feel right going ahead. Here's hoping we will be able to do it next year!

We are holding on Sealion Stomp 2021 until at least mid-Sept to decide whether or not to cancel another year. We really don't want to but the safety of our clogging friends is first & foremost. Stay safe everyone & get vaccinated.

It seems some of you may have experienced difficulty in booking your rooms for Sealion Stomp this year. If you call the hotel during the day between 9am & 5pm & ask for either Trina or Jason, they can help you. They have been experiencing staff shortages & turnover just like every other business so the front desk staff may or may not be familiar with group bookings. The number to call is 1-800-661-0061. If you have any more problems, please let me know.

Sealion Stomp is a GO for 2021! The hall is confirmed, the hotel is confirmed & our instructors are confimred! Here's hoping they can all get across the border! Be sure to register early so we will have a head count. Hopefull we will not need to put a cap on registrations! We are looking forward to seeing everyone this November in Nanaimo!

Wishing everyone a Happy & Safe Easter! Just wanted to touch base with you to let yo know that we are continuing ahead with plans for Sealion Stomp in November. I have contacted Nanoose Place & they know we are still planning our workshop. However, our first concern is the safety & health of all of our clogging friends & should it come down to the fact that Covid - 19 is still very active, we will be cancelling/postponing. (Because we will be back in 2021) We will make our final decision in late September so you can alter your travel plans should it become necessary. Keep your fingers crossed that all of our stay-at-home will have paid off & we will be able to gather to dance together (not virtually) in November.
