We recognise the time of volunteering can be a bit of a challenge but partaking of the challenge definitely has its rewards.

Bag Meals Prepared
6:30am – 8:00am
Monday thru Friday
OTHER OPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Currently we provide bag meals at some fixed locations as well as through outreach, 7-10 club receives and distributes donations from Starbucks, Save On Foods and others to various locations in the community; multiplying our impact and people served.

Current community partners
include; City of Nanaimo, BC Housing, Nanaimo Area Resource Services (NARSF) Outreach, CMHA Outreach, ICCS Homeless Hub Drop In, RiseBridge Drop In, NFLA Shelters and Unitarian Shower Program, Selby St. Mission, Pacifica Housing, Salvation Army, On Eagles Wings, United Way, Island Mental Health Society, John Barsby High School and others.
