The amazing vagus nerve (CN X) is involved with voice, swallowing, respiration, stomach and bowel activity and much more.
I also believe that specific TrPs might be involved with some
CN X related symptoms.

The ever-rising costs for travel, lodging, venue rental...
After more than 20 years of presenting live classroom workshops, I have decided to shift my primary focus to online education. Going forward, my workshops will be offered as live Zoom events, making it easier for participants to attend from anywhere while reducing the time and expense associated with travel.
I will continue to offer in-person workshops for professional organizations, clinics, or associations that can organize a group of at least eight participants. This allows me to continue providing hands-on instruction where there is sufficient interest while dedicating more time to developing high-quality online learning opportunities.
I also remain available for individual consultations by phone or video conference for practitioners seeking personalized guidance, case discussions, or clinical support.
In addition, I am available for consultations with individuals experiencing ongoing pain or other persistent symptoms who are looking for expert assessment, education, and guidance in managing their condition.

Most health/wellness professionals know very little about trigger points (TrPs) and the recommended protocol for successful treatment, and simply rubbing, compressing or needling TrPs is only a small part of the remediation equation.
For successful remediation of client/patient symptoms, the practitioner MUST know the rest of the equation. This includes a detailed patient medical history, Rx meds, patients' typical activities, type of work they do, and much more.
If your wellness provider employs trigger point therapy as an adjunct to their primary treatment methods, I would strongly suggest they do NOT employ comprehensive trigger point methods and are merely TPT dabblers.

We’ve found that athletic types who subscribe to our Trigger Point Therapy method consistently report having less pain, and improved muscular performance.
Many folks do not know that along with possible pain symptoms, TrPs can greatly reduce involved muscle strength.
And it’s important to understand that although “rolling” your trigger points can offer symptomatic relief, it is not Trigger Point therapy.
Athletes (this includes those who apply daily sustained stress to their muscles, such as dancers and musicians) who subscribe to our Trigger Point Therapy method, consistently report having improved muscular performance. This typically manifests in less pain, greater sp*ed, agility, and importantly, greater endurance.
What this means is that not only can comprehensive trigger point therapy effectively treat athlete’s pain issues, it also has the effect of improving athletic performance, even if there is no pain symptom involved.
We see this often – our clients often report that standard exercise and stretch therapy models were ineffective or made symptoms worse.

BLADDER ISSUES
🔺Frequent urination
🔺Nocturia (having to p*e more than twice during sleep)
🔺Urgency
🔺Leakage
These are common symptoms that we have successfully treated over the years in both men and women.
Unfortunately, most have had no luck with the medical route
i.e. imaging, cystoscopies and other test procedures.
The symptoms persist or perhaps get worse.
Active trigger points (TrPs) in the abdominal muscles can refer to the bladder, causing spasms to the detrusor muscle and/or the urethral sphincters (voluntary and/or involuntary sphincters).
If the causal TrPs are present, and we inactivate/remove them, the symptoms typically cease.
Contact us if you'd like to know more about these TrPs.
[email protected]
We will also cover these and many more TrP issues during our TRIGGER POINT FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP
this September 12th & 13th in 📍Vancouver BC.
