This will help them become more aware of their emotions and recognize when they are feeling angry. 2. This will help them release their emotions in a safe and constructive way. 3. Teach them relaxation techniques: Teach your child relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, or progressive muscle relaxation. Life cycle of butterfly’s story in a book and in felt format are perfect for telling and retelling the story with a beginning, middle and end which helps them to improves their narrative skills.
