Next week is our last week of classes before our annual summer break! Come in and take advantage of our Christmas in July sale before it ends. 🎄 We will miss you all over the break and look forward to getting back to it on August 10th.

How can we as parents help build their confidence?

✅Lead by example. Show them you can do hard things. Show them that trying is better than doing nothing. Small steps today, build a strong mindset for tomorrow.

We are only as strong as are mind is. 🧠

Nathalie has made her next giant step towards her black belt goals by joining our Leadership program! 🥋 She's such an amazing student and we really enjoy working with her. She has that Tiger Spirit that we look for in all of our students. 💪 Keep up the hard work Nathalie!
