Back to School Means Back to Sleep! 🏫😴
As we get ready for a new school year, now is a great time to help children and teens get back into healthy sleep routines.
Regular, high quality sleep supports learning, mood, growth and overall well-being. Children ages 5 to 13 should aim for 9 to 11 hours of sleep each night, while youth ages 14 to 17 should aim for 8 to 10 hours.
