Our 5/6 students showed off their critical thinking skills in a spirited debate, our school jumped their hearts out during Jump Rope for Heart Day 🪢❤️ (raising funds and awareness for heart and stroke health!), and finished strong by serving our community in a town clean-up effort! 🧼🌎

Today, Mr. Johnson—along with his two young farm helpers—brought Huckleberry, a 6-day-old lamb, to visit the Grade 2 class in celebration of Earth Day. In science, we’ve been exploring Earth Cycles, and Huckleberry gave us a great opportunity to see these concepts in action. He’ll be serving as a natural “lawnmower,” a source of manure to enrich the soil, and eventually, wool—all wonderful examples of sustainable living.

Mundare School is offering a kindergarten program focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Interested families can register their child in STEM Kindergarten at Mundare School through the 2025-26 kindergarten registration process starting at 9 a.m. on February 1.
