🌱✨ 5 Years of Growth, Love & Learning ✨🌱
My Journey at Strong Roots Early Learning Centre
After completing my studies in Early Childhood Education from St. Lawrence College in Ontario, I packed my bags once again—this time to start a new chapter in Newfoundland. 🇨🇦💼 I still remember the mix of excitement and nervousness as I moved to a new province, far from what I knew, but close to what I truly believed in: giving children the strongest start in life. 💖
That new beginning led me to Strong Roots Early Learning Centre—a name that turned out to be symbolic of everything the next 5 years would bring.
For half a decade, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside passionate educators, amazing families, and, of course, the brightest little minds. 🌈🧠✨ Each day at Strong Roots was filled with wonder—whether it was a toddler’s first steps, a preschooler’s proud scribbles, or a curious question that sparked a whole learning journey.
These years weren’t just about teaching—I was learning too. About patience. About creativity. About how every child sees the world differently, and how powerful it is when we truly listen.
Strong Roots helped me grow—not just as an educator, but as a person. I built connections that I’ll cherish forever, and I’ll always be thankful for the trust and love I received from the children and their families. What truly made this journey so special was the beautiful connection I built—not just with the children, but with their families. 🤝
Over the years, I formed strong and genuine relationships with so many parents, and those bonds made our work together even more meaningful. From warm hellos at drop-off to heartfelt conversations at pick-up, I always felt the deep trust and support from the families I worked with. That connection made our shared commitment to each child’s growth even stronger. 💕👨👩👧👦
Now, as I start my own venture—Noble Path Family Child Care—I carry every lesson, every moment, and every memory from those 5 wonderful years with me. 💫
To my colleagues, mentors, and the families who became part of my heart—thank you. You helped shape the educator I am today. And to anyone beginning their ECE journey: it’s not always easy, but it’s so, so worth it.

My Journey to Noble Path Family Child Care
Back in 2018, I took one of the biggest steps of my life—I came all the way from India to Canada with a dream in my heart and a deep love for working with children. ❤️✈️🌍
I enrolled at St. Lawrence College in Kingston and began my studies in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Those years were full of learning, growing, and discovering just how powerful early education can be. I gained so much knowledge—not just from textbooks, but from amazing mentors, hands-on experiences, and the beautiful curiosity of young children. 👶📚💫
Since then, I've been lucky to work with so many wonderful children and families. Every smile, every milestone, every “aha!” moment reminded me why I chose this path.
And now, my dream is finally taking shape…
🌟 I’m beyond thrilled to announce the launch of my own home-based child care program:
✨ Noble Path Family Child Care ✨
This is more than just a business—it's a nurturing, loving, and enriching space where children can learn, play, and grow in a safe, home-like environment. 🏡💕 I’ve poured my heart into creating a place where each child’s individuality is celebrated and supported through meaningful experiences.
If you're a parent looking for quality child care, or someone who's followed my journey from the beginning, I would be so grateful for your support! 💖
Please like, share, or simply help spread the word.
Here’s to creating bright beginnings—one little step at a time. 👣🌈
One unregulated childcare space available!
Hello, my name is Elda Noble, I have a diploma in Early Childhood Education and I am a registered level 2 Early Childhood Educator with the Association of Early Childhood Educators of Newfoundland and Labrador. I was working in the childcare field for past 7 years. I'm currently in the process of opening a regulated family home childcare and hope to be open sometime in the soon.
I am currently running an unregulated childcare until this happens and have three spot available. I am located in Mount Pearl. I will be doing in person interviews with families that are interested to best see what child/family will be the best fit. Planning to have a child under two years of age and two above two years of age. I am a mom to my 9 month old.
While unregulated, cost for a full day (open 8-4) will be $60/day, with 2 snacks and lunch included. Food served is mostly homemade, mostly refined sugar free (we have one treat once a week), whole wheat, low in salt and in accordance with the Canadian food guide.
Once I become regulated the family will have the option of having a spot in my regulated family home childcare, where I will opt in for the government of Newfoundlands $10/day daycare program. I can provide lots of references as I was in this field for past 7 years.
If you believe your family will be a good fit, or know of a family that would be a good fit please DM me or share this post
